School management and teachers are responsible for ensuring that students use hardware kits safely and according to instructions.

Scikraft E&E Pvt Ltd is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse of hardware kits or failure to adhere to safety measures.

10. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are subject to availability and logistics constraints.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Customers must report damaged or defective products within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible for returns.
No exchanges are accepted.

Skope products are subject to software licensing terms and hardware usage policies as specified in the respective product documentation.
Any unauthorized use, modification, reverse-engineering, or distribution of Skope products will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
The purchase and use of Skope products are bound by the Skope Product Privacy Policy.
Skope products may integrate with third-party services, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by those services.
